Standard Shipping - 3-5* Business Days
Expedited Shipping - 1-2* Business Days

By placing an order on our site, you agree to our shipping policy. All orders are shipped via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Pricing will vary based on location and package weight.*Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order. For certain extended delivery zip codes, the order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. During holiday periods and certain promotional events, customers can expect an additional 1-3 days of processing time. During periods of extreme processing, orders could experience a delay of up to 7 business days.

Local Pickup

If you’re in the Mereaux, LA. and surrounding areas, you can choose local pickup at checkout and pick up your order at your convenience. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Orders placed for pickup may require a 24-48 hour processing time. However, you may reach out to us directly for more questions regarding immediate pickup.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to let us know what went wrong. Note that all items marked down for the sale is final. If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Exchanges may be approved if the item hasn't been open or worn. Tags must be still attached with no signs of the item being worn.

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after shipment. If your order is lost or damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS. You can do so by visiting their website or contacting their customer service for assistance.

Once the package leaves our hands, we no longer have control over it, but we’ll help guide you through the claims process if needed.

Change Delivery Address / P.O. Box Shipping

Pretty Brown Boutique will not ship to a P.O. Box. Your shipping address may not be changed once your order has been placed.
